Here, you come first. Really.
Work for a company where you, the technician, are at the centre. Where you get the time, space and responsibility to do your work properly. So you can be proud of what you deliver, instead of having to rush through 100 to 120 lifts every month.
- 25 years old, but a young company taking the lift industry into a new era
- Our AI platform does the paperwork: little to no admin
- Lots of freedom, lots of ownership and lots of fun at work
You want to be proud of your work. You don't get the time for it.
You know exactly how it should be done. But the route is full, the van is empty and the customer will call again tomorrow.
“You've still got nine addresses today.”
No time to do it right
Doing your job in a way you're proud of? There's no room for that. Clear the error, lift runs, on to the next one.
“I don't have that part with me.”
You let the customer down
No basic stock in the van, so the lift stays out of service. You or your colleague can't do anything for the customer right then.
“Then someone will have to come back on Monday.”
And then another trip
Order the part, reschedule, drive out again. The customer is annoyed, and so are you. And then fourteen fields to fill in.
We build Hublift around the people who do the work.
We simply want to deliver good work, do what we promise and above all enjoy what we do. That's why you get the freedom, trust and responsibility to do your work well, your way.
Hublift has been around for 25 years, but we think like a young company. We're building a smart AI platform that takes the admin off your hands, so you can focus on what really matters: the technology and the customer.
Together we're building a company we're proud of. With good work, happy customers and enjoying what we do.
Time to be proud
Fewer addresses a day, your own lifts and your own customers. You fix it right the first time.
Freedom and ownership
Your lifts are your lifts. You help plan your day and have a say in how we work.
Short lines
No tickets and no regional office. Tricky fault? You call Mike or Pierre and get someone on the line straight away.
Van with basic stock
You help put together the equipment and the van stock yourself. That way nobody has to come back.
Little to no admin.
Our AI platform writes the job sheet, schedules the follow-up and orders the part. You take a photo and tick a box. Done.
Two vacancies. And room for anyone who fits.

What technicians ask us
Do I need lift experience?
Not for the installation and maintenance technician. An affinity with technology is enough, whether that's electrical, automotive or construction; you learn the trade and certificates with us. For the chief technician we're looking for someone with years of service experience across multiple lift brands.
How many days of holiday do I get?
Holidays and reduced-hours (ADV) days under the Dutch collective agreement for metalworking (Metaalbewerking).
Will my application stay confidential?
Yes. We only call you, we don't ask for references without checking with you, and we don't discuss your conversation with anyone. Your current employer won't find out from us.
How soon will I hear back?
We call you back within two working days. Within a week you'll know whether we're moving forward. Even if it's a no, you get a personal answer.
Where will I work?
From Veghel, mainly in North Brabant. Installation projects are sometimes elsewhere in the Netherlands and occasionally in Germany.
Can I spend a day with you first?
We'd love that. You see how we work and we see how you work. That says more than any interview.
Or just give us a call.
Not in the mood for a test run? Call or message Jeroen. Tell him in two sentences what you do and what you're looking for. We'll discuss the rest over coffee.
