02 · CONSTRUCTION
Built for daily use by residents
In an apartment complex, the lift goes up and down dozens of times a day. That is why we choose a robust, machine-room-less lift with a gearless motor: quiet, accurate at every floor, and economical to use.
For new builds, we coordinate the shaft dimensions early with the architect and contractor. For an existing complex, we first look at the current shaft. With a shallow pit and low headroom, a new lift often fits into the old shaft without major renovations.
Does the complex also have a parking garage? Then we provide the car lift as well, with one schedule and one maintenance contract for the Owners' Association (VvE).

Questions about passenger lifts in apartment buildings
Can a new lift be installed in the existing shaft?
Usually, yes. There are versions with a shallow pit from 300 mm and low headroom. We measure the shaft and advise on what fits.
How quiet is the lift?
In the cabin, approximately 52 to 54 dB(A). Due to the gearless drive and lightweight construction, you will hardly hear the lift in the apartments.
Can you also provide the car lift?
Yes. We supply both the passenger lift and car lift in one project, with one schedule and one maintenance contract.
Who handles the maintenance for the Owners' Association (VvE)?
We do. Maintenance starts from €1,500 per lift per year, and we are available 24/7 in case of entrapment.
Is the lift suitable for wheelchair users?
Yes. Our lifts comply with EN 81-70. From 630 kg, there is space for a wheelchair and an attendant.
What does a passenger lift for a apartment building cost?
That depends on the number of stops, the cabin size, the finish, and the shaft. After a site visit, you will receive a fixed-price quote.
