A lift that suits your building
In a commercial building, the lift simply has to work: every day, for employees, visitors, and suppliers. We therefore opt for a machine room-less lift with a gearless motor and a control system that can be monitored remotely.
We tailor the cabin to its intended use. A compact lift for visitors, or a spacious cabin that accommodates a trolley, roll container, or furniture. Doors and walls are finished to match your interior.
Are you also building a warehouse or production area with a goods lift? We can supply both lifts, with a single construction schedule.

Questions about passenger lifts in business premises
Can you also supply the goods lift?
Yes. Hublift has been building goods lifts for over 25 years. We plan both lifts together and also handle the maintenance for both.
How large should the cabin be?
For visitors, 630 to 1,000 kg is often sufficient. If materials also need to be transported, or if the building is busy, we recommend a more spacious cabin.
Do I need a machine room?
No. Our passenger lifts for business premises are machine room-less: the drive system is located in the shaft.
How quickly can you respond to a fault?
In the event of an entrapment, we are available 24/7. With remote monitoring, we often detect faults before you even call.
What are the maintenance costs?
Maintenance starts from €1,500 per lift per year. The contract is tailored to the usage of your lift.
What does a passenger lift for a commercial building cost?
This depends on the number of stops, the cabin size, and the finishing. Following a site visit, you will receive a fixed-price quote.
