Hublift has installed a new car lift for a homeowners' association. The previous lift, which was over 20 years old, has been removed and replaced with a brand-new lift. With the new car lift, residents of the apartment complex can safely transport their cars from the ground floor to the underground car park. With a capacity of 3,000 kg, even the heaviest electric cars can be transported by the lift. Due to the addition of extra safety components, the driver can simply remain seated while the lift is in motion.

Car lift with passenger accompaniment
Moving cars from the ground floor to the underground car park is the only way for the residents of this apartment complex to park their vehicles. The old car lift was worn out and no longer met the residents' requirements. Hublift replaced the old lift and installed a new lift in the existing shaft. With the new lift, the owners are set for years to come.

A control panel has been installed inside the lift, allowing the driver to operate the lift. The driver does not need to exit the vehicle.
When the driver holds down the button for the car lift, the lift starts moving. If the driver releases the button, the car lift stops moving immediately.
The traffic light at the entrance and exit of the lift provides the driver with immediate information regarding the status of the lift. A red light indicates the car lift is occupied. A green light means the driver can enter the lift with the car. The lift can be called by drivers using a remote control. Subsequently, the lift can be operated using the control panel inside the lift.
Indicator lights inform the driver about the position of the car relative to the car lift. When one of the lights turns red, the driver knows that the car needs to be repositioned.
Once the car is in position and both indicators are green, the lift can be moved. From the driver's seat, the lift can easily be sent to the correct floor.
A shallow pit in the basement ensures that the lift aligns perfectly with the basement floor. This allows the driver to drive in and out of the lift comfortably without the lift moving. Due to the four-cylinder design, the platform is extremely stable and barely moves when the car is being repositioned. The hydraulic block contains multiple valves, ensuring the car lift moves smoothly and remains stable.
The roller doors on both floors ensure that the driver does not have to exit the vehicle to operate the lift. The doors open automatically when the car lift arrives at the floor. The door can be closed with the push of a button on the control panel inside the lift. In case of an emergency, the driver can make direct contact via the built-in emergency communication system. Additionally, the lift includes an emergency battery to lower the lift in the event of a power failure.
Control panels to operate the lift are located on both sides of the lift. These control panels are attached to a 110 cm high guardrail. The floor of the lift is made of stainless steel, so it can be used without any problems during the (wet) winter months without causing rust.
