For M\u00e4rkisches Werk<\/strong><\/a> Hublift installed a heavy-duty hydraulic goods lift<\/a> <\/strong>supplied. The lift is used to transport crates and pallets of heavy steel parts between the basement and the first floor. The goods lift is designed to safely move a weight of 5,000kg by factory employees.

Heavy industrial goods lifts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Moving heavy materials was a major challenge for our client. A new storage location was built attached to the current building. Due to the difference in height, the goods must now be moved from the basement to the second floor. Hublift worked with the customer to design a goods lift. The goods lift fits into the current building and helps employees move goods between floors safely and quickly. <\/p>\n

Heavy goods, such as the aerial work platforms pictured, are easily moved with the goods lifts. Due to the 5000kg capacity, there are few limitations. <\/p>\n

Due to the opening gates on the platform and the fully opening doors, the width of the platform is optimally utilized. This allows users to easily enter and exit the goods lift with the goods. <\/p>\n

The goods lift is equipped with opening doors and opening gates on the platform. This takes into account the maximum clearance height on the second floor. The opening gates ensure that the goods are “locked up” and will not slide or roll. <\/p>\n

Employees can easily use the goods lifts. When the doors and gates are closed, the lift can be operated. When one of the safety sensors is not activated, the lift cannot be operated. <\/p>\n

With the push of a button, goods are safely and easily moved to the correct floor. Employees do not have to take a special course to operate the lift, unlike a forklift. Thus, anyone may and can work with the goods lifts after a short instruction. <\/p>\n

The extra reinforced platform and hydraulic locking pins ensure that the goods lift can always be used safely. In the basement, the platform lies on the floor. And the reinforced platform ensures that a forklift can be driven in and out. The hydraulic locking pins are activated when the lift arrives on the floor. When the pins are activated, the platform is “fixed” on the floor. the platform therefore does not move while driving in and out with heavy goods. <\/p>\n

The doors can take a beating and are made of steel. Sensors continuously monitor the status of the doors, preventing lift from moving when one of the doors is not closed. <\/p>\n

The lift was placed in the available space and adapted to the building. As this was the only available location for the goods lift, a suitable design was made in consultation with our engineers. <\/p>\n

Even with the doors closed, employees can keep a view of the goods. Through the large windows in the elevator doors, employees can see where lift is located and whether the goods lifts are occupied. <\/p>\n
