02 \u00b7 CONSTRUCTION<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How a hydraulic goods lift is constructed<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

A hydraulic goods lift consists of a few robust components:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The lifting platform<\/strong>, on which the load is placed.<\/li>\n
  2. Guide rails and hydraulic cylinder<\/strong>. The rails are located to the left and right of the platform. <\/li>\n
  3. Control cabinet with hydraulic pump<\/strong>, on the ground floor.<\/li>\n
  4. A reinforced concrete wall<\/strong> for mounting the rails, or a self-supporting steel shaft.<\/li>\n
  5. A floor recess or ramp<\/strong>, allowing you to drive straight in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Because the cylinder pushes the platform, no machine room is required above the lift.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    When should you choose a hydraulic goods lift?<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    A lift shaft already exists<\/h3>\n

    In that case, we build the lift into the existing shaft. The landing doors are installed in the front wall. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    You transport heavy loads<\/h3>\n

    With 2 or 4 cylinders, the lift can handle up to 10,000 kg, such as machinery or large pallets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Construction space is limited<\/h3>\n

    No machine room and no deep pit required. A pit of 150 mm or a ramp is sufficient. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    An old lift needs to be replaced<\/h3>\n
