What is the delivery time for a goods lift?<\/h5>

Do I need a structural lift shaft?<\/h5>

No. Without an existing shaft, Hublift supplies a self-supporting steel shaft that stands freely in the space, enclosed with sheet steel or open with mesh panels, in a RAL color of your choice. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Is a lift pit necessary?<\/h5>

A deep pit is not necessary. With a pit of 150 mm, the platform is level with the floor. If that is not possible, we place a ramp on the ground floor. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Is a person allowed in a goods lift?<\/h5>

Only with the version with attendant control, and then one person. That version has a closed cabin with controls inside, so that one attendant can travel safely with the load. This option is possible on every type of Hublift goods lift. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Hydraulic or electric goods lift?<\/h5>

Hublift supplies hydraulic goods lifts. A hydraulic cylinder lifts heavy loads reliably and is low-maintenance. The speed is lower (approx. 0.15 m\/s), but for goods transport over a few floors, reliability is more important. An electric goods lift is under development by our manufacturer. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

How much space do I need?<\/h5>

Example: a 1,000 kg lift with a platform of 2,300 \u00d7 1,300 mm requires a floor opening of approximately 3,200 \u00d7 1,600 mm. Limited space? Send your situational drawing, and we will advise on what fits. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Does a goods lift need to be inspected?<\/h5>

Yes. Upon completion, we inspect the lift, including a test load. After that, the lift is inspected periodically. An independent inspection body is not necessary for a goods lift: Hublift carries out the inspection itself as part of the maintenance contract. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Which standards does a Hublift goods lift comply with?<\/h5>

Hublift goods lifts are designed and manufactured according to the Machinery Directive 2006\/42\/EC and receive a CE marking. From January 20, 2027, the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023\/1230 will apply. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Can a goods lift be placed outside?<\/h5>

Yes. The shaft is then made of galvanized or coated steel and the electrical components are made weatherproof. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
