Eine robuste L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den intensiven Einsatz in einer Produktionsumgebung. <\/p>\n<p>Als wachsende Kaffeer\u00f6sterei ben\u00f6tigte Beans Coffee eine zuverl\u00e4ssige L\u00f6sung, um gro\u00dfe Mengen an Kaffeebohnen und Verpackungsmaterialien zwischen dem Lagergeschoss und der Produktionsebene zu bewegen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Herausforderung: ein Aufzug, der sowohl die schweren S\u00e4cke mit Rohkaffeebohnen als auch die verpackten Endprodukte sicher und effizient transportieren kann, ohne die t\u00e4gliche Produktion zu st\u00f6ren. Zudem ist im obersten Stockwerk aufgrund des Schr\u00e4gdachs die Deckenh\u00f6he begrenzt. Daf\u00fcr musste ein spezieller T\u00fcrtyp entworfen werden.  <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Unsere L\u00f6sung<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hublift realisierte einen <a href=\"https:\/\/hublift.nl\/de\/lastenaufzuege\/\">hydraulischen Lastenaufzug<\/a>mit einer Traglast von 1000 kg und 3 Haltestellen. mehrmals pro Stunde eingesetzt wird. Die Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen Kaffeebohnens\u00e4cke und Verpackungsmaterialien ohne k\u00f6rperliche Belastung zwischen den Etagen bewegen. Dies verbessert die Effizienz des Produktionsprozesses erheblich.  <\/p>\n<p>Der Aufzug ist speziell f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Produktionsumgebungen geeignet und erf\u00fcllt alle relevanten Sicherheitsanforderungen.
